Q: What is my User ID?
A: Your User ID for our secured portal is your email address.
Q: What is my password?
A: You should receive a series of emails with a temporary password and instructions on creating a permanent password to the portal. (We cannot access your password, please write it down somewhere!) If you do not receive these emails use the link above and use the password reset feature.
Q: I am experiencing browser issues using the portal?
A: Try using Google Chrome. Although you can use any web browser, the portal functions best under Google Chrome.
Q: How do I upload a file to the portal?
A: Once you have logged into the portal, click on “ADD FILES” (in the middle right of the page). You’ll then be able to browse your computer files for what you want to upload. Once you have found the file you want to put on the portal, select “UPLOAD”. You cannot log out of the portal until the file is completely uploaded.
Q: How do I download a file to the portal?
A: If you are downloading a file, select the file, right click, download. Then you can select where you’d like to save the file.
